Amy Klassen Director of Finance & Marketing
Amy Klassen received her Honours BA in Anthropology from the University of Guelph and then completed the Post-Graduate Program in Human Resource Management at Niagara College in 2005. As Director of Finance & Marketing she is responsible for most aspects of bookkeeping, public relations, human resources, member services, volunteer coordination and event management as well as other administrative duties. Amy has been with the Society since 2001, having contracts as Special Event Coordinator, Curatorial Assistant, Volunteer Coordinator, and finally joined the organization full time in 2006. She is a contributing author in the Niagara Historical Society’s publications 100 Years – 100 Artefacts (2007) and Making Her Mark (2021).
